What is the address of The Luminous Nights of Enghien Castle?
We use the main entrance on Elisabeth Avenue.

What are the opening hours?
Opening hours vary from day to day. Usually the first time slots go on around 7pm & close by 9:30pm.

The Luminous Nights of Enghien Castle: what to expect?
A magical castle park walk for young and old. The park is immersed in a fairytale atmosphere, full of wonder and enchantment. Every evening, the park becomes an illuminated backdrop with several impressive video mapping installations during a walk of +/- 3 km.

Are there enough toilets?
Toilets are provided.
Is there camera surveillance on the premises?
The castle is guarded 24/7.
Can I fly a drone over Enghien Park?
It is not permitted to fly a drone over the grounds of Enghien Castle.
Is this activity suitable for young children?
Sure! It is a real park walk of about 2 km. The trail is not scary but magical and fairy-like.
Are dogs allowed at the event?
Dogs are allowed, if kept on a lead and in certain cases they must also wear a muzzle. Please bring your dog waste bags.
Is it allowed to photograph or film?
Taking pictures with your mobile phone or a (mirror reflex) camera without flash is allowed, except if film, image or sound material is used for commercial purposes. We do ask you to leave your tripod and other large equipment at home.
How long does the walk last?
The walking route is about 2 kilometers. A walk takes about an hour. You can, of course, walk the trail at your own pace.
Will the event take place in bad weather?
Yes, the event will take place at all times, even in wind, rain and snow. Please bring a warm (rain) coat and boots. A small umbrella is also allowed.
We reschedule tickets only if the park is closed due to a storm. We cannot reschedule or refund tickets in case of rain.

Adjusted rates apply to this event.
Regular tickets cost 17 €
Children up to 12 years 12 €

Are the castle tours included in the ticket price?
No, the guided tours of the castle are not included.
What if the event cannot take place during this planned period.
Should the event not be able to take place, there are two possible options: the event will be moved to later in 2023 or the event will be pushed to 2024. The tickets will remain valid or you will get your money back.
Can I cancel my tickets?
Purchased tickets will not be taken back.
Do children under 4 need a ticket?
Children under 4 have free admission to The Luminous Nights of Enghien Park. No need to reserve a ticket.
What are the terms and conditions of the tickets?
- The ticket gives access to The Luminescent Nights at Edingen Castle for one person on the date and time block stated on the ticket.
- Tickets are activated on entry
- Tickets are only scannable on the indicated time block
- A ticket can be scanned once. Afterwards the ticket expires
- It is not possible to change the ticket to another date
- The ticket is not exchangeable for money, another ticket or in any other way.
- The ticket may not be resold or otherwise used for commercial purposes
- By entering the park you agree to the house rules of Edingen Park. View the house rules of Edingen Park here (link to be added)
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to ticket purchases
- The ticket must be shown on request

How can I reserve my arrival time?
All tickets purchased must have a reserved arrival time, this process is self-explanatory when purchasing the tickets.
Can I have the tickets scanned on my smartphone?
Yes it is possible to scan the tickets on your smartphone, so a paper version of the tickets is not necessary. However, please make sure that your phone is charged before you go to the event. Also, your screen needs to be intact and for a fast throughput we ask you to set your screen brightness to maximum.
Route & parking
Where can I park my car?
There is very ample parking available at the station (SNCB Parking Enghien P1 & P2) 750m walking distance from the event entrance.
NMBS Parking Enghien P1:
Rue de la Coopérative, 7850 Enghien (108 spaces| 10 limited mobility)
5€ for 6 hours of parking from 5:30 p.m.
A 750m walk from the event entrance
NMBS Parking Enghien P2:
Chaussée D'Asse, 7850 Enghien (422 spaces | 2 limited mobility)
5€ for 6 hours parking from 17h30

Parking tickets are payable in arrears at the pay machine at the station.
Follow the signs to Edingen Park.
During the event, normal traffic regulations are in effect and traffic and parking controllers provide directions.
Can I park my bicycle or scooter?
Yes, there is a large, free but unguarded bicycle shed right next to the entrance. No bicycles are allowed in the park.
Accessibility
Is the course accessible for prams?
There are a lot of gravel paths on the route, making the hike not always accessible for strollers or wheelchairs.
Are there enough toilets?
Toilets are provided.
Food & drink
Can I have something to eat or drink on the grounds. Are you allowed to bring your own refreshments?
Food and beverages will not be allowed on the grounds. Due to corona measures in effect, we also provide NO catering outlets on the grounds.
Are you allowed to bring your own refreshments?
Consumption of food brought by yourself is not allowed on the catering terraces. Self-brought beverages are not permitted throughout the grounds due to controls on alcoholic beverages.
